PMI Nova Scotia Chapter Networking and Dinner Meeting Presentation

Government House Project Lessons Learned

The renovation/restoration of Government House was the first building construction project ever carried out by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal using integrated project management methodology. This fact alone made the three year, $6 million dollar project unique, but working on a 200 year old national historic site made the project even more challenging.

On February 10th, 2009 at the WTCC, please join Project Manager Ron Jeppesen PMP and Project Coordinator Tanya Whynacht as they share *Lessons Learned* with PMI Nova Scotia Chapter members and friends.
