Canada is one of the last G20 countries to implement anti-spam legislation. Pending before the Canadian Senate, when the legislation comes into force it will effectively outlaw most electronic communications with potential customers, even in the B2B context. The new law will affect every aspect of your electronic communications with current, past and future contacts and customers.

Prepare yourself now for legislation that is expected to come into effect in the next year.
