Nova Scotia Business Inc. is currently recruiting companies to participate in a multi-sector trade mission to Trinidad & Tobago from April 19 to 23, 2010.

Despite the recent global economic slowdown, Trinidad & Tobago still has one of the highest growth rates in the Caribbean and Latin America. The country's GDP is five times the size of Barbados, Guyana and the Eastern Caribbean combined.

Key sectors in Trinidad & Tobago include, but are not limited to:

• Aggregate
• ICT Services
• Legal Services
• Accounting Services
• Engineering
• Environmental
• Industrial maintenance and inspection services
• Boat construction and repair

As a participant on the mission you will benefit from: 

• A business matchmaker with expertise in doing business in Trinidad & Tobago who will work with you to help meet your objectives and identify business opportunities specific to your company.
• Prior to the mission, the business matchmaker will set up one-on-one in-market meetings (a minimum of six) for you with potential leads.
• Ground transportation to and from business meetings.
• Networking events to assist you in market entry or expansion.

The registration fee for the mission is $500 per company. Participants are responsible for the cost of round trip airfare, accommodation and meals.
