Restrictive Covenants: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly!
Featuring Robert ("Robaire") Nadeau
"Restrictive Covenants are not worth the paper they're written on… right?"
Restrictive Covenants. We hear a lot about them these days… in the press, at conferences, around the water coolers… in the courts!
But what are they, really? We hear from all quarters that they are unenforceable… yet we need them. How else is a business going to protect its trade secrets?
This workshop will address the following questions:
Restrictive Covenants can save your business, or they can take it down.
What side of that divide do you want to be on?
You won't want to miss this one.
Featured Speaker: Robert ("Robaire") Nadeau
Prior to returning to private practice in 2004, Robaire was General Counsel and one of the founding partners of SRS for 5 years (1999 - 2004), and Senior Counsel to Digital Equipment Canada for 12 years before that (1987 - 99).
