Export Development Workshops

Opportunities in Europe and Southeast Asia

The World Trade Centre Atlantic Canada (WTCAC) in partnership with Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency invites you to participate in trade workshops covering opportunities in Europe and Southeast Asia, across Atlantic Canada, from September 29 -  October 4, 2010.

The goal of this seminar is to provide Atlantic Canadian companies with the opportunity to learn more about Europe and Vietnam, to understand the existing trade opportunities, and ultimately through increased trade, to have goods and services moving through Atlantic Canada.

You will have the opportunity to hear from:

Mr. Wim Van Erck - After having obtained his masters degree in applied economics, Wim has spent his career working for various European and American organizations, mainly in the fields of supply chain, logistics and transportation. Since 1990, Wim has been working as an independent consultant specializing in cost saving programs, coaching, crisis and turn around management, as well as guest docent in various European institutes and business schools.  Wim is based in Belgium.

Ms. Anh Ngo - Anh had a sixteen-year career with Trans Wagon Group, a leading international Taiwanese freight forwarder with the last position as Country Manager, Vietnam (1998-2006).
