The world’s fastest growing tech companies aren’t lucky—they’re data-driven, systematic, and absolutely obsessed with learning as much as they can about their customers.

Today’s tech titans are able to consistently crush their competitors by following one simple rule:

You don’t need to be a billion dollar company like Apple or Airbnb to leverage the power of customer data. Customer data is free and abundant—you just need to know where to find it and, more importantly, how to use it.

If you’re ready to grow your tech company, customer data is your secret weapon.

The Workshops

This 2-part workshop series is designed specifically for small teams. Your team will walk away with everything you need to start collecting, analyzing, and actioning your customer data.

Workshop 1: Collect & Analyze the Right Customer Data (5 hours)

  • Why understanding your customer’s needs is the ultimate “growth hack”
  • How to avoid overwhelm and collect the right customer data
  • How to analyze complex customer data to unearth actionable insights

Workshop 2: Create A Data-Driven Customer Strategy (5 hours)

  • How to zero in on your best customers (aka your “super fans”)

Katelyn remains closely connected to the startup community in Atlantic Canada.

About Colin

Colin began his career as a runner in London, England’s storied financial district. Hard work and a lucky break enabled him to secure a position as an investment analyst, launching his career.

For the past 38 years Colin has worked as a stockbroker, advised investment funds on sales and marketing, helped to build a $300 million life science venture fund, and has been CEO of two startup companies.

After a successful exiting from a previous startup venture in education, selling to New York based Kaplan Inc., Colin moved into the dental tech field when he founded BlueLight Analytics.

He raised the Company's private equity funding, nurtured the company’s product development, and built relationships and global sales with key opinion leaders, dental schools and multinational manufacturers.

Upon the successful development and testing of BlueLight's lead commercial product, Deacon moved out of the CEO position and now helps other young companies through the commercialization process, while BlueLight's talented management team drive the Company's growth by accelerating the sales success of leading dental manufacturers globally.
