Canadian ICT Trade Mission to U.S. Air Force August 2011

  • 29 Aug 2011
  • 31 Aug 2011
  • Montgomery, Alabama

The Canadian Consulate General/Atlanta is pleased to encourage Canadian ICT companies to participate in the annual U.S. Air Force (USAF) IT Conference & Expo. Aug 29-

Aug. 31, 2011 . This event has taken place for the past 25 years in Montgomery, Alabama , the home of Maxwell Air Force Base. Last year the booths sold out and there was a large waiting list of exhibitors.

The USAF is the largest end- user of ICT in the world. It is the largest customer of Microsoft, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, Dell and numerous other IT vendors. Last year’s conference had an emphasis on security and wireless products, but includes all aspects of ICT.

Additional opportunities include technical presentations at well attended specific breakout sessions and matchmaking with major VARS serving the Air Force. There is a free matchmaking activity for all exhibiting and non-exhibiting vendors where you can meet in prearranged sessions with the major VARs serving the Air Force. This year, the conference will also host industry and government keynote presentations by several leading commanders in the United States Air Force.

An Atlanta-based Trade Commissioner will meet individually with Canadian exhibitors and provide individual counselling and introductions. We welcome any type of association or provincial trade mission.

Registration: Now Open.  Cost $100.  Please register directly with the organizers at
