Join us with BoomersPlus for an information session on the Mentor Pilot Program, a 12-month initiative to support your organization and its leaders, brought to you in cooperation with the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.

This pilot project, free to participants, provides participating organizations with an opportunity to gain a fuller sense of where they are and where they are going by addressing challenges they are facing and supporting pathways to business and personal growth.

This mentor project will match current and emerging leaders with a seasoned mentor drawn from an extensive BoomersPlus database. There is also a cutting-edge training framework for both the mentor and the business participant to ensure a complete understanding of the mentoring process and a smooth start to an effective mentoring partnership. A mentor is a sounding board that you can confide in and will council you through challenges and opportunities. A mentor is an objective viewpoint that is outside of your current sphere of colleagues and advisers. Every leader should have a mentor.

Info Session Facilitator: Kevin MacIntyre, BoomersPlus

Note: There are only openings for 30 participants to begin this Mentor Pilot Project in January. The information session with Q&A session is expected to take only 30 minutes, but we will stay and answer questions for an additional period for anyone who wants to stay longer.
