Customer Relationship Management: Success Through Trust
Featuring Natalie Doyle Oldfield
Studies show that trust is the number one predictor of consumer satisfaction. Trust drives loyalty; it determines reputation and success. Trust can take years to build and seconds to destroy. The most fundamental questions individuals have about organizations are based on trust. People want to know: Who should I believe? Should I buy their products? Should I support their charity? Will they deliver on their promise? Should I invest in them? Why? Natalie's experience working with international organizations drew her to the conclusion that business success comes through trust. That conclusion prompted her extensive study in the field and her thesis, How Organizations Build Trust with their External Stakeholders.
Drawing on qualitative and scholarly research, Natalie will share with you how successful organizations and industry experts earn, build and maintain trust. Natalie will share comments and interviews from research participants including Richard Edelman, CEO, Edelman, the world’s largest public relations agency and founder of the Edelman Trust Barometer, Frank Eliason, social media and customer service thought leader and Director of Global Social Media, Citi, and David Alston, CMO of Introhive.
