Power IT Up:

Fostering Female Leadership

Women in mid-level management positions and those aspiring to obtain senior-level positions within Nova Scotia's technology sector are invited to participate in a unique round-table discussion on the career advancement of women to senior-level roles. The aim of this workshop is to provide an open forum for feedback on perceived barriers and enablers in our region. Join this session to:

- Hear from your peers about how they have developed their careers in the technology sector

- Learn some tips, tools, and techniques which could help you advance your career in the technology sector

Results from this workshop will be included in Digital Nova Scotia's 36-month "Women Leaders Fueling the Digital Economy" project, funded by Status of Women Canada.

Driving diversity. Accelerating the workforce.
