Moving Up: A Roundtable Discussion on the Skills Gap (Senior Leaders)

Digital Nova Scotia and Training Works (https://training-works.ca/) are extending an invitation to senior leaders in our industry for breakfast and a roundtable discussion! 

As part of a joint project with Training Works, we have been conducting research into the management skills gap in the ICT sector. We will be presenting our research findings and trends identified so far, and would value your feedback and validation. 

By joining us for this roundtable discussion, you will supporting the development of a competency model specific to our sector.The competency model is a document that will be able to support employers and HR professionals in promoting and advancing employees into mid-to-senior level positions.
