Google Analytics is a powerful tool for making business decisions, but at times it can seem overwhelming. Do we really need to know everything about the platform in order to harness its power? What sort of decisions does it actually help us make?

In her years as a web consultant, Alison K has seen the powerful outcomes of decision-making based on traffic data. Now, that may sound about as exciting as long division, but this session is all about linking business goals to our websites, using Google Analytics as our crystal ball. In this lunch and learn, Alison will focus on 5 key metrics that any website owner can benefit from.

Even if you’ve never opened the platform before, or are tired of tech jagon, this session will give clear context of what it means to measure users. You can’t focus on the bars and charts unless you know your “why” with Google Analytics.
