Leading communication focuses on being aware of how you are influencing people through communication, or how you might be impacting team members through poor communication. During this 90-minute webinar with Dave Reynolds, we will look at both sides of communication, good and bad. During this presentation we will look at the mechanics of communication, the role of the audience, preparation on the fly and when you need to present, and how to become a better speaker.  We will look at communicating with people you know and how to be more confident communicating with people you don’t know.

Note: this is Part 1 of a 2-part series, however participants are not required to attend both sessions. Each session can also function as a stand-alone learning program.

Core Topics:

  • Mechanics and theory of communication
  • Pitfalls of communication
  • Advantages of good communication
  • How being a good listener makes you a better speaker
  • The art of the question
