In this webinar, we will look at the mechanics of influence and how the structure of your statement and the words you use will open someone up for a decision or a silent rejection. We will look at how you a balance of timing, questions and strategy to help influence everyone around you!

Note: this is Part 2 of a 2-part series, however participants are not required to attend both sessions. Each session can also function as a stand-alone learning program.
