Nick is the go-to guy for tech recruitment. He brings 5+ years of recruitment and human resources experience, having worked with venture capital-backed start-ups through Fortune 100 companies to solve their unique talent challenges. Nick holds a BA from Saint Mary’s University and an Advanced Diploma in HR from NSCC. He is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) candidate, having successfully passed the National Knowledge Exam. Nick truly believes in the importance of finding and recognizing high character, high talent individuals, and putting them in a position to succeed. From blockchain technology to ocean sensors, Nick has developed a reputation for partnering with businesses and top talent to understand their needs and find the best possible match.

Steph MacIntosh - IT Recruitment Specialist at Venor

Although Steph's background lies in communications, her love for meeting new people, building long-lasting relationships, and helping others succeed has led her to the recruitment industry. Stephanie graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Public Relations in 2019 where she completed 3 co-op work terms and gained experience with writing, event planning, public speaking, marketing, and social media planning and strategy. Coming to Venor with recruiting experience for a Fortune 500 company, Steph is motivated by finding the perfect opportunity for people that sometimes don’t even realize they’re looking.
