People are the most precious asset in any organization.  Learn how diversity, equity, and inclusion can improve workplace culture while improving the bottom line!

We don't tell you what to do, rather we engage you in a process that builds your awareness, confidence, skill, and excitement

Training will take place in a safe space over 2 half days. Together we will explore topics related to self awareness, diversity, bias, and leadership

What we will cover together:

1. Self-Awareness- Understanding how our values and beliefs drive our behavior.

2. Diversity and Inclusion- What is it and how can it be cultivated at work.

3. Systemic Awareness- Addressing the history of systemic barriers and their impact on social inequality.

4. Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions- Where ourbiases originate and how they can unintentionally marginalize certain groups.

5. Empathy- What is it and how can it be used to fuel connection.

6. Leadership- Defining leadership.
