Christian Blouin
Christian Blouin is a professor of Computer Science and Associate Dean (Academic) at Dalhousie University. He has navigated a broad range of disruptions forcing rapid changes over the last 8 years as Associate Dean. Christian is also the Institutional Lead (AI strategy) for Dalhousie University. In this capacity, he is responsible to build capacity to leverage the opportunities introduced by emerging AI-based applications and, importantly, doing so in an ethical and legal manner.
Matt Steinberg
Matt Steinberg is the Atlantic Canada Lead at Avanade; an IT Professional Services organization focused on the Microsoft and Azure Ecosystem. Matt leads Avanade’s North Engineering Hubs - a group of cloud focused, software & data engineers that drive digital transformation through modern technology.Matt has been with Avanade for 9 years – working in Partnerships, Product Design, and Engineering Hub teams.

Brendon Ferguson
Brendon is the CEO and Co-Founder of the community engagement application TheProgram.ai. A chartered accountant by trade, he worked for over a decade in finance roles at KPMG and a number of publicly traded mining companies. Brendon joined sports technology company Kinduct Technologies in 2017 as the CFO and COO until its acquisition by Silicon Valley tech company Movella in 2020. He then functioned as the head of the sports business unit for Movella until co-founding TheProgram.ai in 2022. A sports fanatic, although mediocre athlete, Brendon is passionate about creating a “Movement for Movement”.
