Diversity Institute Overview The Diversity Institute at Ted Rogers School of Management undertakes research on diversity in the workplace and shares these best practices with businesses across Canada. The Diversity Institute provides resources, training and support as it relates to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) as a means of increasing the competitiveness and diversity amongst Canadian SMEs. The Institute also works with large corporations including RBC, Morneau Shepell, TD Bank, Deloitte Ltd., Scotiabank, Accenture and Microsoft.
