First, we’ll explain what AI is and how the technology is evolving. We will then explore the ethics and risks associated with AI systems. Next, we’ll look at some common tools available before learning how to use AI systems to find information and automate workflows with custom GPTs. In conclusion, we’ll work through some adoption best practices.

Iaian Archibald is an entrepreneur and consultant who helps professional service companies understand the impacts and opportunities associated with AI. He’s spent much of his life studying how technology enables social change and was co-founder of a marina management software company (sold, 2020). He has a specialization in AI for Business from Wharton.
