2024 will be the year that most of us start using AI in everyday tasks. This workshop is a practical foundation for using AI at work. First, we’ll explain what AI is and how the technology is evolving. We will then explore the ethics and risks associated with AI systems. Next, we’ll look at some common tools available before learning how to use AI systems to find information and automate workflows with custom GPTs. In conclusion, we’ll work through some adoption best practices.

From this workshop, you will learn:

  • A clear understanding of what AI is and how it is changing the ways we work
  • The ability to find and verify information using AI internet browsing
  • The ability to automate repetitive tasks with custom GPTs
