Renuka Khanna
Change Management Consultant, Mara Consulting
Renuka is a Prosci-certified change practitioner with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, service/operational process development and organizational change. She excels at building stakeholder relationships and engaging with the people's side of change, while also leveraging her technology background to understand and communicate the details. She has skills and knowledge working with the Agile framework and methodology. Her focus is always bringing industry best practices to support organizational effectiveness and user experience.
Eilidh Lindsay-Sinclair

Named a “Rising Star '' by Women in Communications and Technology, Eilidh Lindsay-Sinclair is passionate about advancing opportunities for women in technology and developing stronger equity for women in STEM fields. In 2019, Eilidh co-founded and now co-chairs Digital Skills for Women, a learning cohort aimed at increasing digital literacy. A graduate of the Public Relations at Mount Saint Vincent University, Eilidh is a high-performing B2B marketer that specializes in building GTM strategies and partnering with sales teams to accelerate revenue growth. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Laura Hawkins

Laura Hawkins is a full stack marketing strategist and leader. Laura has spent the last decade leading, and contributing to, high performing digital teams. She’s ideated and delivered hundreds of digitally-focused initiatives for companies across North America.
Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from Mount Saint University, Laura kickstarted her digital expertise in agency, where she grew the agency’s marketing discipline from the ground up. Laura’s passion for helping people has since led her to healthcare, where she’s now leading digital transformation in marketing at Canada’s largest sleep apnea service provider. Laura first joined Digital Skills for Women in 2019, presenting on Digital Strategy. Excited about the opportunity to help more women bridge into digital/tech, she took the role of Co-Chair in 2020.Laura is an avid traveler, lover of the outdoors, and frequent patron of local food and drink. She shares her adventures on Instagram and Tiktok, and occasionally as a freelance writer for Halifax’s award-winning independent newspaper, The Coast.
