Topics include conflict resolution, leadership attributes, empowerment, servant leadership, team development, negotiation, collaboration, mentoring, and emotional intelligence. Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Exam Content Outline, gain experience through practice tests, and confidently schedule their PMP certification exam. Who should take this course?: Ideally, this is for senior, practicing, full-time project managers who have demonstrated project management capability and need that final certification to prove their organization’s project management maturity and capability.
Participants must have:
● A bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent) and 36 months of project management
experience, or
● A Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate degree, or the global equivalent)
50 months of project management experience, and;
● 35 hours of structured project management training
